I had a very unproductive day, today. Somehow the hours between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM floated right by and I don't have much to show for them.
I am feeling a bit better and decided to make some yummy treats to bring to class tonight. If I would have had my thinking cap on, I would have taken pictures as the process occurred and of the final product. Apparently, my thinking cap is M.I.A.
Chocolate Chip Reese's Treat
Items you will need
1- Muffin pan
1- bag of Nestle Toll house choc chips
1- bag of Reese's Miniature Peanut butter cups
Pam or Crisco Spray
Make the cookie dough, as instructed on the Toll house package. Now - you are going to deviate from the norm and instead of pulling out a cookie sheet, instead grab the muffin pan. Spray the pan with Pam or Crisco.
Drop chocolate chip batter into each muffin tin and then in the center of each muffin circle, place a single miniature Reese's right into the middle. Pop in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Today, I used Plugra unsalted butter and they turned out funky so be sure to use regular butter. Sometimes, it is those little things that make a huge difference while baking.
Honestly, these are beyond yummy and I promise they will go quickly.

No, no, it's good you did not take a picture. Because I am drooling enough as it is. A picture might send me over the edge.
Yum. Those look good! I love me some Reese's.
OMG, wonderfully evil!
Ummm the drool is all the way down to my keyboard. I think those treats might cure the pneumonia!
