Highlights

My brain is complete mush... too many hours in the car. Suddenly, I'm the worlds biggest fan of flying. Though, there is a euphoria and sense of instant gratification of seeing something cool out the car window while looking ahead, turning to your co-pilot and saying "Let's go check that out".

Here are some pictorial highlights.

The backdrop for one of the most beautiful wedding's we've ever attended. My cousin Brenna looked stunning and I'm not sure there is a correct word to represent the measurement for the amount of love that was present. The couple was introduced and walked in to one of the best song's ever - The Beatle's "All You Need is Love".

The day after the wedding we drove to the Napa Valley and had a religious experience - visiting the Dean and Deluca store in Napa. I wanted a sample of everything.

And then we ran into some old friends.

Totally Kidding - we visited the Opus winery and this picture was hanging in thier tasting room. This is a picture of Robert Mondavi, Baron Phillipe de Rotheschild and I *think* they are walking with the Baroness. I love the black and white of this photo and it really makes you wonder what thier conversing about.

Our vacation was filled with one amazing, great, funny, yummy tasting moment after another. The energy of being with your family- there is amazing power in numbers, the food, the wine, the architecture. I promise to recount all the details, later - not now.

Gotta sleep.

That is the *perfect* backdrop for a wedding. Truly. I can't wait to dig in to your next post about your trip.
